If you wish to return an item, we operate a Return to Base returns policy. Please follow the steps below:
- Send your email to sales@partsforlaptops.co.uk specifying your reason for the return. Please quote your order reference number, if you do not have your order reference number please call us. Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund.
- We will follow up your email by sending you a Returns Number via email (RMA number).
- Please package the item carefully and send it back to us, clearly stating the Returns Number on the package. Please also include a note within the package to include your name, address, order number and once again the RMA.

Once we have received the item from you, we will raise a credit and refund you or provide a suitable replacement.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order which has not been delivered, please send an email to
sales@partsforlaptops.co.uk quoting your unique order reference number and the reason for the cancellation.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Returned items must be received in good condition and in their original packaging. Please note that postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.
All of the products on our website are either new compatibles, new originals or refurbished originals and come with a 1 Year or 6 Months warranty from the purchase date. For detailed information about the specific warranty please refer to the "Product Specification" section within the website.
