Your use of this website must be in accordance with these terms. You are not permitted to print, copy, publish or otherwise any material from this website, unless otherwise agreed by Greenpoint I.T. Ltd. You are permitted to print or download content for personal use only. By using this site you acknowledge that you have no right to use the content in any other manner. Unless stated otherwise on this web site all other uses of the content are expressly prohibited.

1. UK residents pay the VAT inclusive price (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 20%).
2. Payment accepted by credit/debit card, bank transfer/draft, cheque or cash.
3. Personal cheques over £1,000 and business cheques take up to 14 days to clear.
4. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and the customer should check specifications and suitability before ordering.
5. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
6. Goods are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
7. All goods remain the property of Greenpoint IT Ltd until paid for in full.
8. Prices and manufacturer specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract. Prices may change because of currency fluctuations.
9. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. During this period, if goods need to be returned, Greenpoint IT will pay for the collection.
10. After this date, the customer is responsible for ensuring return of goods.
11. A restocking fee of up to 25% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-active.
12. When the warranty is on Return-to-Base basis, the customer is responsible for ensuring return of faulty goods. Otherwise the customer must use any manufacturer or on-site arrangements provided.
13. All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised by Greenpoint IT Ltd.
14. No opened software will be accepted for credit.
15. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
16. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, however caused, including incidental returns costs.
17. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
